Overview
Membership integrations are optional, for clients who would like the convenience of validating a registrant’s membership status with their CRM provider during registration.
IMPORTANT NOTE
You must also contract the ATS bridge directly with ATS for this integration to function.
Description
The registrant stays on the EdgeReg form throughout validation. They enter credentials, which are then sent to the CRM provider via a secure connection. The CRM sends details for that member back to EdgeReg.
Supported Lookup Methods:
- Email address
- Member ID
Required Credentials:
- Client must purchase bridge from ATS
- API Token (provided by Cadmium)
- TokenParam (provided by Cadmium)
- Base URL
