Test Account Instructions

Integration test accounts must be provided before an integration can be submitted for development. Test accounts allow the Cadmium team, and you, to test user login scenarios to ensure the integration is functioning as intended. 

Test accounts MUST remain active throughout the event for troubleshooting purposes.

Requirements

• First Name, Last Name, and Email fields are required
• Complete the profile fields for any data you are expecting to be mapped
• Test accounts should not be actual user accounts. We recommend you set up test accounts that are easy to identify such as RegisteredTest@test.com, CancelledTest@test.com, TestScenario2@test.com, etc. 

Scorecard Submitter & Reviewer Login Single Sign-on (SSO)

The following test accounts are required. Please submit the username, password, and member ID for each.

• Active member, who should be able to log in as a Submitter
• Inactive member, who should not be able to log in as a Submitter
• If applicable, active member, who should be able to log in as a Reviewer
  • This user must exist in Scorecard, be tagged as a reviewer, and have a member ID in the user profile
• If applicable, active member, who should not be able to log in as a Reviewer

Scorecard Member Lookup

The following test accounts are required. Please submit the data you are expecting to be returned (i.e. first name, last name, professional title, company, etc.)

• Active member, who should be searchable
• Inactive member, who should not be searchable

Education Harvester Login Single Sign-on (SSO)

The following test accounts are required. Please submit the username, password, and member ID for each.

• Active member, who should be able to log in as a Presenter
  • This user must exist in Education Harvester, be assigned as a presenter on a presentation, and have a member ID in the user profile
• Active member, who should not be able to log in as a Presenter

Expo Harvester Data Pull / Query

This type of integration will be sent directly to the client for testing. Since we do not know your data in your third-party system, it's the responsibility of the client to fully audit the list in Expo Harvester to ensure it looks accurate.

• Active member, who should be able to log in as an Exhibitor
• Inactive member, who should not be able to log in as an Exhibitor

eventScribe Website & Mobile App - Membership/Registration Login

The following test accounts are required. Please submit the username, password, and member ID for each.

• Active REGISTERED member, who should be able to log in as an Attendee
• Active NOT REGISTERED member, who should not be able to log in 
• Active CANCELLED REGISTRANT member, who should not be able to log in 
• Active REGISTERED member, for each registration/access scenario, who should be able to log in as an Attendee

eventScribe Website & Mobile App - Registration Only Login

The following test accounts are required. Please submit the email used to register and registration/badge ID for each. 

• Registered user, who should be able to log in as an Attendee
  • Please also include login credentials for your registration system so we can test updating the user's profile fields in registration and ensuring those updates push over to eventScribe
• Cancelled registrant, who should not be able to log in 
• Registered user, for each registration/access scenario, who should be able to log in as an Attendee
