NetForum Enterprise + EdgeReg Member Lookup

Overview

Membership integrations are optional, for clients who would like the convenience of validating a registrant’s membership status with their CRM provider during registration. 

Description

The registrant stays on the EdgeReg form throughout validation. They enter credentials, which are then sent to the CRM provider via a secure connection. The CRM sends details for that member back to EdgeReg.

Supported Lookup Methods:

  • Email address

Supported Lookup Modes:

  • Individual
  • Organization (available with additional development)
  • Dual - check for organization, then individual (available with additional development)

Required Settings:

  • Base URL
  • UserName
  • Password

Minimum Version Supported:

  • 2017.1.22
