Integration Discovery Questions & Call Details

Discovery Questions

Prior to a discovery call, the following information is needed to determine integration feasibility and next steps:

  • What are your goals? What are you trying to accomplish?
  • Which third-party application(s) do you want to integrate with Cadmium EventTech products?
  • With which EventTech products do you want to integrate each of your third-party applications?
  • For each, when do you want the integration to launch?
  • For each, how do you need the data to flow - to Cadmium or from Cadmium?
  • For each, specifically, which data fields do you want to map?

Discovery Call

During a general discovery call, we will discuss the following:

  • Your integration needs (as noted above)
  • Feasibility 
    • Cadmium's EventTech Integration Services department supports the integrations listed here
    • For integrations outside this list, you may be able to work with one of our partners
    • The standard timeline for new integrations is 10 weeks from project signature to launch 
  • Next steps


Should a technical follow-up call be needed with a Product Owner, the following client contacts are encouraged to join:

  • Technical expert
  • Staff responsible for the end-user experience
  • Staff that will use the data/reporting (i.e. finance)
  • Representative from your third-party application
