Process Overview

Please note, all communications mentioned below will come from integrationservices@gocadmium.com.

  1. Once an integration has been contracted, the EventTech Integration Services team will receive an email notification.
  2. The integration project manager (PM) will review the contract and trigger an automated email to the client to confirm the integration details, verify the point-of-contact (POC) for the integration, and obtain the desired launch date.
  3. Once the launch date has been established, the integration PM will send the client POC a project timeline. The standard timeline is as follows; however, please note you may be given a longer lead time when you contract, due to project volume. Because an integration is a service, your project will be added to the project queue.
    • Kick-off due - 7 weeks out
    • Requirements due back from client - 5 weeks out
    • Cadmium development & testing due - 2 weeks out
    • Client testing due - 1 week out
    • Launch
  4. The integration PM will reach out to schedule a call (if applicable) approximately one month before the kick-off due date.
  5. Following the kick-off, the integration PM will send a follow-up email outlining the project plan, which includes the project timeline, project scope, and requirements due to Cadmium to begin development. Please review and approve the project plan within 48 hours. Any changes to the scope of the integration after the project plan has been approved will require a change request; additional fees will apply.
  6. Please note, we will not begin development until all requirements, including test accounts, have been received. Should the client submit requirements after the due date, the integration timeline will be delayed by the same number of days.
  7. Once all requirements are received, the integration PM will review and submit requirements for development. The client POC will receive an automated email alerting him/her that the requirements are in developer review. If the developers have any questions or concerns regarding the requirements, the integration PM will reach out to the client POC directly.
  8. After development is complete, a quality analyst (QA) will complete manual testing using the test accounts provided by the client.
  9. After QA testing is complete, the client POC will receive an automated email notification that the integration is ready to test. The client MUST test the integration and provide feedback / approval to integrationservices@gocadmium.com by the client testing due date.
  10. Once the integration is approved, the integration is considered 'Live'. The client POC will receive an automated email notification with reminders and troubleshooting support steps.
