New vs. Repeat Integrations - Definitions & Timelines

New Integration

An integration is considered new if we have never implemented it for a particular product with a particular third-party vendor for a particular client.

If the last time we implemented the integration is three or more years ago, it's also considered new.

Timeline: 10 weeks from project signature to integration launch. Timelines less than 10 weeks require prior approval from the integration services team and will incur a 50% surcharge.

Repeat Integration

An integration is considered repeat if we have previously implemented the same integration scope for the same product with the same third-party vendor for the same client. If the last time we implemented the integration is three or more years ago, it's considered new.

Timeline: 6 weeks from project signature to integration launch. Timelines less than 6 weeks require prior approval from the integration services team and will incur a 50% surcharge.
