Integration Kick-off Call Agenda

During the integration kick-off call, we will discuss the following. Please review the client resources prior to the call. For eventScribe integrations, come prepared to discuss registration/access needs. 

Review All Projects

  • Ensure all upcoming integration projects are contracted and correctly listed in our project list
  • Discuss desired launch date for each project
    • Reminder, the website can be launched for marketing purposes without login, earlier than the login integration
  • Review single point-of-contact (POC) for each project

Project Scope

  • Product(s)

    • Discuss recent changes, if applicable
      • eventScribe Query-to-Authenticate - 2023 Update
        • No longer pulling in users in addition to authenticating upon login 
      • eventScribe Query-to-Authenticate - Website + Mobile App - New Login Flow
        • Only applicable when there is a website and mobile app
        • Users stay within the container but once they click 'Login' on the entry screen, they are redirected to the website login screen
  • Field mapping
  • Access restrictions (eventScribe only)
    • No access
    • Access levels
    • Unlock / Reg Item codes
  • If using Survey Magnet, discuss high-level plans for evaluations

Timeline

  • Date requirements are due from Client to Cadmium
  • Date Cadmium testing is due and notification is sent to Client
  • Date Client testing is due and feedback / approval must be sent to Cadmium
  • Target date for integration to launch
    • For login integrations, this is the date you would like users to log into the system

Next Steps & Expectations

  • Following the call, Cadmium project manager will send a project plan in the form of an email with call notes, scope, timeline, and requirements list
  • Client will thoroughly review the project plan and submit changes/acknowledge accuracy/approval in writing within 48 hours of receipt
    • Should a change be requested after the integration has moved into development, a change request will be required which will likely lead to an updated timeline and budget
  • Client will submit all requirements AT ONE TIME by the requirements due date
    • If this date cannot be met, then the timeline will be adjusted and the launch date will be pushed back
  • Cadmium will send automated project updates to the POC as the project moves into development and is ready to test
  • Client will update end-user communication/product login pages/FAQs with accurate login instructions and how to contact support
  • If unlock codes are being used, client will work with their Website/App/Survey Magnet project manager(s) to set up corresponding access settings within the products
  • Client will ensure test accounts remain active throughout the event for troubleshooting purposes
  • Client MUST test the integration and provide feedback/approval by the testing due date
  • Once the integration is approved, client will enable 'login' within the product when ready
  • Client will direct all integration-related communication to integrationservices@gocadmium.com
