Eventscribe Registration Write Back

Overview  

The Eventscribe Registration Write Back allows Cadmium to push registration-related data from Eventscribe Registration to a customer’s Identity Provider (IdP) or other third-party system. 

Cadmium develops and manages the integration on the customer’s behalf; however, customers should confirm whether their third-party provider charges any fees for API access or integration.  

Alternatively, customers may choose to have their own developer or third-party vendor pull data directly from Cadmium’s public APIs instead of using a Cadmium-managed integration. 

For integrations with external systems that are new to Cadmium, the third party must provide technical documentation, access to a sandbox or test environment (when available), and a technical point of contact. Cadmium will conduct a feasibility analysis before proceeding. Please contact your Cadmium sales representative with any questions.  

Description

Eventscribe Registration serves as the system of record for registrant data. The integration compiles the relevant data and sends it to the third‑party system according to the configured schedule and field mappings.  

Timing & Triggers  

The integration runs on a scheduled basis with one of the following options:  

• Daily: Data is pushed once per day on a defined schedule.  
• Weekly: Data is pushed once per week on a defined schedule.  
• One-Time: Data is pushed after a specific milestone or the event has concluded.

For daily and weekly schedules, each sync after the first will include only new or updated records since the most recent successful sync.
