Overview
Membership integrations are optional, for clients who would like the convenience of validating a registrant’s membership status with their CRM provider during registration.
Description
The registrant stays on the EdgeReg form throughout validation. They enter credentials, which are then sent to the CRM provider via a secure connection. The CRM sends details for that member back to EdgeReg.
The client will need to create an API Client in the MemberClicks API Management portal to grant Cadmium the ability to access data. Review MemberClicks’ API Management documentation. The API Client created must meet the following criteria:
- Permission Scope is given “Read” access (“Write” is not required)
- For Authorization Grant Type, “Client Credentials” is checked
- In the Select Groups section, “Administrative Group” is checked
Supported Lookup Methods:
- Email address
- Username and password
Required Credentials:
- MemberClicks organization ID
- MemberClicks client ID
- MemberClicks client secret
